Logo Ads are advertisements by graphic logos. Graphic size is 160 pixels by 50 pixels.
At your Control Panel you may upload your graphic and the URL link to that graphic.
You can select up to 3 property classes.
You have 14 different property classes to choose from:
Single Family
Condo/Townhome
Multi-Family
Land
Farm/Ranch
Commercial/Industrial
Residential Rental
|
Commercial Lease
Business Opportunity
Subdivision Development
Mobile/Manu Home with Land
Mobile/Manu Home no Land
Fractional Ownership
Timeshare

Your logo will be displayed on those property classes selected.
Example: A Residential Mortgage Company might select Single Family, Condo/Townhome and Multi-Family classes, if those are selected, then that company's logo will be displayed on all Single Family, Condo/Townhome and Multi-Family on all 'detail' & 'flyer' webpages.
Each logo will have an active link to your website via the URL [example: http://www.mortage.com] that you uploaded.
You may edit your logos and URL information plus others.
Your logo will be displayed in the order received. First come first served.
No animated [.gif] files are permitted in order to keep the listing details clean and pleasing to the eye.
If we find animated .gif files, then we reserve the right to "Lock" that Account from being displayed until the animation is removed.
If your logo/graphic is not already sized to 160 pixels by 50 pixels our computer system will maintain your logo's aspect ratio.
You may want to have your graphic logo designer create a graphic that fits those pixel parameters for maximum size?
